During the course of the past year, our housing corporation has made phenomenal strides in there efforts in getting our chapter a new Fraternity House. However, we will not see the fruition of their work until we are able to raise the necessary funds to complete the project. In an effort to jumpstart the fundraising campaign, a few of our chapter's alumni are resurrecting our chapter's alumni association. We plan to use the alumni association to improve our chapter's alumni relations as well as run the fundraising campaign. While we do not know the exact amount of funds we will need to raise, we do know that the sooner we get our alumni involved on our payment plans the sooner we will see our house built. Below are a number of different payment plans. Each plan will bill you for the given amount, on a monthly basis, for a period of two years. We plan to release our housing plans at our 25th Anniversary Founder's Day festivities on the weekend of April 18th-20th. The first $140,000 of donations we receive will be tax deductible donations. However, the vast majority of the funds we need to raise will not be tax deductible. Most of our alumni will opt to give into the tax deductible sector.
